An Opinion Is Worthless...
By Alex Linder
[ The following is from a blog posting. ]
..if you're not free to take the opposite position. Mencken more or less said that. It's true. But an article is next to worthless when you can't, won't, or don't dare to open your mind enough to explore a subject, or a group, you don't like. When you don't even try to see if there are valid reasons for their position. In that case, what you do is simulate an honest look at something, and this in fact is the model the left follows exclusively. A fat, stupid, mentally and physically effeminized society accepts "hate" as an explanation. So that the manosphere is driven by misogyny, which is just hate/women. Those who oppose disease spreading behavior common to homosexualists are called homophobes, which is hate/sex deviants. And on and on. As I've said many times, perhaps correctly, it's the fallacy of the undistributed middle. Which to me sounds better than false dilemma, but amounts to same thing. Either you support X or you "hate" X. That's intellectually invalid. There are other choices. But all "mainstream" (i.e., widely distributed jewish anti-white extremism) news and opinion sources follow this model. So it is in the alt-right article linked above in Notes. ... It's useless to argue with women because they perceive all criticism as a personal attack, and the jews have taught them to turn this feeling into hate. "That's just your opinion." Opinion equality is as bogus as any other. "You just say that because you hate strong women." Women are the shallow sex. Very little suffices to make them titter, if you've ever seen a video of a feminist conference. Very little is good enough for them as an argument. The right says, I disagree, and here's where you're wrong. The left says, you're an evil hater who should be no-platformed. There's no common ground there, just a battlefield.
